We deliver nationwide via 3rd party courier From the time you place your order, there is a 7-
21 days average lead time until delivery for most of our mattress models. This is because all
of our mattresses, bases, bedsteads and headboards are handmade to order especially for you!.

We will contact yourself to confirm confirmation and give a date of delivery as well as keep
you updated through the whole manufacturing process of your order.

For customers who reside in flats or stairs are needed to access the location, please make us
aware when purchasing as this may be at an additional charge dependant on the couriers
discretion.

Fitting Service:
This can be booked directly from the website, please select the desired option when
purchasing a product. The drivers will deliver your bed to room of choice and fit the new bed for you only. They will not get involved in dismantling or moving existing furniture please ensure this is done in advance.
